Refund policy

Shipping:

We offer free shipping through the USPS. 

Overnight shipping, UPS, and International shipping upon request. Just send us a message. 

Returns and Refunds:

We hope that you love your Pete Collection pieces, however if you are unhappy with our products, they can be returned to us within 14 days of your order being delivered. All sales will be final after 14 days of purchase. 

For returns of your order please follow these steps:

• Email info@petecollection.com and quote ‘Return’ as well as your unique order number and reason for return within 14 days of your order being delivered.

• We will send you a return label.

• Pete Collection charges a 15 USD handling fee for returns which will be deducted from your refund. Unfortunately this fee is necessary to cover our expenses related to returned goods (e.g. return shipping cost, dry cleaning, stock management etc.) 

• The garment must be unworn, in good condition, and with the tags still attached for us to offer you a full refund. We will process the refund as soon as we receive the garment. 

Exchanges

Unfortunately we cannot offer direct exchanges due to the limited quantity of each item. If you wish to exchange an item you will have to return it and place a new order.
